INTELLECT (8) Flashed home late into 2nd last run at Aqueduct but stepping up to a higher level. The wide draw shouldn't be a problem with plenty of early speed. Ticks plenty of boxes and looks like value . TWO'S A CROWD (4) Ran home strongly to win last time at Monmouth Park but up against a higher level of opposition. Made it 2 wins on the bounce. Expect to go close. TENACIOUS LEADER (6) Resuming after a break. Faded away late when 5th last time at Gulfstream Park but up in class. Jockey John R Velazquez and trainer Todd A Pletcher work well together. No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. CANDYTOWN (9) First run back after a 31 week spell. Ran on into 4th last start at Gulfstream Park but up in grade. Will be around the mark at odds.
